Who are we?
Artemid is a leading player in the private debt industry focused on the growth mid cap segment. The Funds from the Artemid Senior Loan range provide long-term (7-year bullet) loans to complement those offered by other financial partners and for a whole range of purposes: external growth, productive investment, a shareholder reshuffle, refinancing, etc.
Artemid Senior Loan Funds finance companies with different ownership structures – listed companies, family-run groups, companies owned by private equity funds, etc. – and operating in the vast majority of business sectors.
Artemid partners up with these companies for the long haul and offers optimal support for their projects as it is attentive to their managers’ needs and is able to take decisions quickly. The various funds in the Artemid Senior Loan range (launched in 2015-2017-2020) have been able to finance the same company on several occasions with a series of loans.
Our twenty or so investors (90% of which have subscribed to various Artemid Senior Loan funds) are therefore closely involved in financing the economy across the whole of France and in Europe while getting yields in line with their performance targets.

Interventions are carried out either alone or with other partners (banks, debt funds, etc.). The loans provided complement other traditional forms of funding as they offer longer maturities (7 years) and include no amortisation schedule (bullet repayments).
This debt profile enables companies to allocate a portion of their cash-flow to their development rather than using it to make annual loan repayments.
